Refund policy
To initiate a return, please email hunterwoodleather@gmail.com and include your full name, order number, shipping address and phone. Please include a reason for the return.
I have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, I will send you an email with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note: it is your responsibility to cover return shipping and to ensure returned item is packaged well to avoid damage. I cannot be held liable for lost or damaged goods during transit.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Any items that are custom made cannot be returned. This includes made to measure belts and dog collars/leads, personalization, modified items and any items with custom thread colours. If the item is custom made but is proven to be faulty, it can be returned for repair, exchange or refund.
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
I am happy to exchange items if they meet the above criteria. Please be aware that you are responsible for any shipping costs to send the item back. Email me with any questions regarding the exchange.
Refunds
I will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to you.
